Full job description

20four7VA is seeking a driven Recruiting & Appointment-Setting VA to handle high-volume driver recruitment activities for Amazon DSP and FedEx operations.

Scope of Services

Lead Qualification & Candidate Outreach

  • Conduct 75+ outbound calls per day
  • Vet resumes and prequalify candidates
  • Engage applicants with a persuasive pitch
  • Schedule in-person interviews within 3 business days

 

Interview Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Book interviews using Google Calendar or Calendly
  • Add candidate resumes to calendar invites
  • Follow up with candidates to reconfirm attendance

 

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Log candidate activity in Indeed and Google Sheets
  • Update lead tracking sheet daily
  • Input candidate resumes and notes into shared files or CRM

 

Process Adherence & KPI Tracking

  • Maintain target lead-to-interview conversion rate
  • Track daily and weekly outreach numbers
  • Collaborate with team to improve scripts and templates

 

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling
  • Excellent English communication and phone presence
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Indeed, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Calendly
  • Familiarity with structured data entry workflows

 

KPIs

  • Leads contacted per day (goal: 80-100+)
  • Interviews scheduled per week (TBD by client)
  • Lead-to-interview conversion rate (TBD by client)
  • Interview attendance rate (TBD by client)
  • Lead-to-hire ratio (target improvement from current 10-12%)

 

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM to 5 PM EST

 

Terms of Engagement
