The Role
The Role Customer Success Manager (CSM) – OpenData, Europe, is a strategic position that serves as a consultant and trusted advisor for life sciences companies, driving OpenData success, maximizing customer value, and fostering collaboration with customers, product teams, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and drive OpenData success
- Evaluate customer usage and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide product education and promote innovations
- Advocate for customers and drive product enhancements
- Resolve issues and share best practices
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge
Requirements
- Years of data-focused experience in life sciences
- Years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM
- Years of experience with Customer Master Data
- Proven track record of client-facing relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advantage)
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Advanced experience with data analytics and MDM platforms
- Fluency in an additional European language
