Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping customers. In this role, you’ll engage with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Experience with HubSpot (Help Desk and CRM) is a significant plus, as it’s a key part of our support and customer management operations. Multilingual candidates are also highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries about our products and services clearly and efficiently.
- Manage and update customer records with accuracy and care.
- Use professional communication etiquette to represent the company positively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help enhance products and processes.
- Utilize HubSpot tools (or similar CRMs) for ticket management, communication tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or help desk environment preferred.
- HubSpot Help Desk and CRM experience is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
