Busy and growing painting franchise is looking for a sharp motivated person to be our Customer Service Rep. this is a work from home position and requires a motivated self starter.
Your job will include:
- Contacting customers
- Confirming appointments
- Scheduling appointments and estimates
- Contacting painting crews
- Creating social posts and ads
- Answering multi channel customer inquiries
- Organizing and reviewing the work and sales calendar with the CEO
You should have:
- Basic computer skills
Be able to use social platforms
Be able to use a simple crm system with minimal training
Great organizational skills - Bonus for some graphic and photo editing skills
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
