We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and previous call center experience are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new services.
• Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer software to document interactions and generate reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and general computer skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and record keeping.
