Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries via phone, email, or in person using professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote services effectively
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and internal databases to ensure up-to-date records
• Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and maintaining accurate records of payments or exchanges
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services with a focus on outbound calling and phone etiquette
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general data entry accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly across different channels
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as a call center or retail setting is advantageous
• Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
