About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. This role supports our pest control and lawn care operations by delivering excellent customer service and efficient scheduling support. Candidates with FieldRoutes CRM experience and strong scheduling skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively assist clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks and manage customer information with a high level of attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve organizational efficiency.
Uphold company standards in customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

FieldRoutes CRM experience (required)

Scheduling experience (preferred and prioritized)
