Overview
Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients – providing assistance and answering any queries they may have.
What you’ll do:
- Speak with our clients over the phone to identify their requirements in order to provide fantastic customer service – this is not a call centre role, you’re working as part of a team to support our Advisers so they can help clients;
- Proactively make clients aware of any payment issues and rectify these, being their main point of contact if they require any assistance;
- Maintain accurate computer records and to follow the company’s data protection and compliance procedures at all times;
- Contact our existing clients annually to review their policy and answer queries about Trust forms.
Who you are:
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service
- Ideally some previous experience within insurance
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player
- Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Good attention to detail
- Polite and confident when speaking on the phone
- Possess the ability to work in a compliant manner, adhering to FCA guidelines.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary £25-26k depending on experience
- Up to 13.5% of salary as an annual bonus
- 28 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
- A 35 hour working week (Monday to Friday only, no weekends)

Please note this is a permanent role, initially based in our office in Reigate for training each day, however we are happy to offer flexible working, with some days from home, once you have achieved competency in the role. Working hours are 9am-5pm with 1-2 days a week 11am-7pm, every Friday is 9am-5pm.
