Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Sales
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Use provided scripts to explain products and services
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs
- Persuade customers by demonstrating how products or services meet their requirements
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements
- Execute the full process from appointment scheduling to information collection
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct systematic and daily client follow-ups
- Handle customer complaints and doubts professionally to protect company reputation
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements
- Interact effectively with clients and internal field staff by providing guidance and support
Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately record customer and prospect information in company systems
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity/result reports to management
- Ensure data accuracy through regular verification and backups
Professional Development
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending organizational training
- Build and maintain personal and professional networks
- Demonstrate flexibility to multitask and support client identification across locations

Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred in construction or manufacturing industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
