Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and supporting the organisation’s reputation for excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for assisting others. Fluency in both English and any other language especially Mandarin is highly desirable, along with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs. The position involves engaging with customers via phone and digital channels, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
- Utilise communication skills to provide clear information about products or services and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette to foster positive customer interactions.
- Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in both English and Spanish when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrable phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and any other language is preferred; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.
