SouthEnd Psychiatry, a leader in mental health services, is looking for a Customer Service Support specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and support. This role offers a mix of office and remote work, so you can balance your personal and professional life.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Document customer interactions in our database
- Keep up-to-date with our services and policies
- Work with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Educate customers on our services and products
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Suggest ways to improve customer service and productivity
- Attend training sessions to update your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service management a plus
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to manage stress and adapt to rapid change
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with decision-making ability
- Confidence in using office software suites (MS Office, Google Suite) and customer service management software
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude towards customer care
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, accommodating various time zones as required
- Empathy and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor when addressing customer needs or complaints
- Must be a U.S/Canada citizen
