The Role

  • As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the face of EQ Bank, delivering top-notch service to our prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying customer banking needs and providing accurate information on our products and services
  • Handling inbound calls and chats, ensuring best-in-class service standards
  • Owning the digital-onboarding experience and resolving customer issues
  • Communicating effectively with customers and promoting EQ Bank’s core values
  • Executing controls to ensure regulatory compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement

 

Shifts

  • Training Period: 5-6 weeks, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • After training, shifts will be 4-midnight EST, with 2 consecutive days off and occasional weekend work

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience (on phone preferred)
  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field (hospitality, finance, etc.)
  • Previous banking experience is an asset
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with autonomy and self-direction, and proficiency in software like CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
