Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. You will help customers from all over the world, answer their questions, and solve their problems. You will also work with our internal teams to make sure customers get the help they need quickly and clearly.
Deadline is January 4th, 2026 (end of day).
Main Tasks
Customer Support
- Answer questions about Baymard accounts, access, onboarding, or general support.
- Help customers fix login issues, access problems, or other service-related issues.
- Write clear, friendly, and helpful messages to customers.
Team Coordination
- Work with operations, sales, and finance teams to solve customer problems.
- Help improve internal processes and workflows.
- Make sure all customer inquiries are handled quickly and escalated if needed.
Technical Help
- Check and troubleshoot technical problems with customers.
- Help customers use our product features and tools.
Knowledge Management
- Learn and understand all current and upcoming product features.
- Update and maintain the customer Help Center.
Daily Work (about 80%)
- Manage support requests: check, prioritize, and respond.
- Help with technical problems and product guidance.
- Keep knowledge base and internal resources up to date.
Your role may grow over time to include more administrative or operational tasks.
Work Details
Location: Fully remote from EU, UK, or IE. You need some daily overlap with US and European teams.
Language: Must be fluent in written English. Cover letter must be in English.
Travel: Limited (1–2 weeks a year for company meetups).
