Applied Software Inc., also known as MagView, is a growing health software company that delivers quality solutions to hospitals and breast centers across the US. We’re looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Healthcare Implementation Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers, provide excellent service, and have opportunities to grow into roles like Product Manager, Developer, or Engineer.

 

The Role

After 8 weeks of intense training, you’ll join our Implementation team, working with customers, and learning our proprietary software and processes. You’ll need to quickly learn radiology and our products, and become a technical expert. We’ll train you in programming and SQL, and move you through our implementation tiers to become a Systems Engineer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Implementation team to deliver quality products to our customers
  • Gather information for successful implementations by asking probing questions
  • Use our cloud-based project management system
  • Provide customer status updates and excellent service
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Use SQL commands to extract and manipulate data from customer databases
  • Facilitate testing and product roll-outs
  • Understand our business objectives and how our program delivers them

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of technical experience with troubleshooting, programming, SQL, and HL7
  2. Good communication and presentation skills
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint)
  4. Strong customer focus and service skills
  5. Desire and ability to learn new technical skills quickly and constantly
  6. B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
