Full job description

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist -12-month maternity cover. You will be a member of the Customer Support team for our genomics portfolio comprised of 6 employees with a mixed multicultural and educational background. Position

In the role of Customer Support Specialist, you will assist and support in handling invoices, deliveries/pick-up, end-to-end logistics and other administrative tasks. You will be working closely together with internal stakeholders, placing orders in CRM (Navision and D365) handling miscellaneous tasks related to internal and external processes. You will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager for our genomics business.

Due to the specific responsibilities this role comes with, it is important that you have relevant experience in order processing and working with ERP and CRM systems. Experience of working in a multinational organization within the healthcare sector would be a bonus.

 

Your key responsibilities

Handle and manage various customer inquiries

Ensure data compliance

Assist in optimizing the processes

Maintain data input

Finance related tasks: Overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions to rebalance accounts

 

Your Qualifications and Experience

+2 years’ experience with international Customer Service

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Service or Medicine.

Experience with working in larger and complex international organizations.

Well-versed in MS-Office and knowledge of NAVISION (or equivalent ERP systems) and CRM.

Meticulous and detail oriented.

Collaborative, structured and quality conscious.

Having the ability to, and interest in navigating within a busy and changing environment.

Proactive, open, and honest in all aspects of work.
