About the Role

Syndicode is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive business growth and expand their market presence. The ideal candidate will generate new pipeline and opportunities, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
  2. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting to signing contracts
  3. Identify and reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales and lead generation, ideally in IT outsourcing
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
