About the Role
Syndicode is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive business growth and expand their market presence. The ideal candidate will generate new pipeline and opportunities, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting to signing contracts
- Identify and reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales and lead generation, ideally in IT outsourcing
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
