As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, visualize, and automate data processes, helping to maximize the performance of digital products and programs. This role offers the opportunity to work with large, complex datasets, apply statistical methods, and design scalable solutions that impact product strategy and decision-making. You will also help develop dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership and team members, ensuring data-driven outcomes across the organization. Accountabilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform decision-making across digital operations, product, and finance teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic and operational goals.
- Automate routine analytical tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design appropriate analytical approaches.
- Collaborate with data and BI teams to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and accuracy in data insights.
- Monitor industry trends and new analytical technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities and methodology.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive action.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis and modeling tools.
- Strong skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, manipulation, integration, and interrogation of large datasets.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, probability distributions, sampling, resampling, bias, and error.
- Experience designing dashboards and visualizations for cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
Bonus: experience with cloud-based storage and computing, dbt, machine learning algorithms, and healthcare domain knowledge related to release of information.
