LaSalle Network is hiring an Associate Service Center Agent for a hybrid role in Hyattsville, MD—and we’re moving fast.
Our client is looking for someone who’s energetic, professional, and ready to grow. You’ll be part of a high-volume service team that’s vital to keeping the company running smoothly. Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and tickets from employees, former employees, family members, and vendors
Provide accurate info using internal tools and company policy references
Know when to escalate complex issues to specialists
Track all case details while protecting sensitive information
Requirements:
High school diploma and 2–3 years of office-based work experience
Strong background in customer service
Confident using computers and internal support systems
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
