Weedmaps is hiring a Temporary Data Entry Associate to work remotely. You’ll focus on curating Weedmaps’ menu by linking retailers’ custom menu items to brand catalog products quickly and accurately.
Your Impact
- Interpret and process cannabis product info on Weedmaps listings
- Manage multiple data sources for accurate decisions
- Report inconsistencies in menu data affecting customer experience
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve questions and obstacles
- Maintain data security and confidentiality
- Enter data electronically with high accuracy
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and report progress
- Identify process improvements for workflow efficiency
What You’ve Accomplished
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year data entry experience in sales, customer support, or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Quality-focused with error-seeking mindset
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with G-Suite or Microsoft Office
- Self-starting mentality and initiative in delivering team goals

- Cannabis industry experience or knowledge
- Budtender experience
- Salesforce familiarity
- Tableau or data visualization experience
Compensation and Benefits
