As a Data Integration Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the execution and monitoring of global data integration processes, ensuring data remains accurate, accessible, and useful across the organization.

Your Impact

Support the daily operation of data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

Monitor automated jobs, troubleshoot errors, and escalate issues as needed.

Validate data to ensure consistency with established standards and resolve discrepancies between source and integrated data.

Assist in conducting quality checks and validation for ingested data to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Review data for anomalies, missing information, or inconsistencies, and coordinate resolution efforts with the team.

Maintain records of identified data quality issues and solutions.

Document integration processes, validation rules, and data standards to support ongoing team efforts.

Develop end-user documentation to guide stakeholders in accessing and using integrated data.

Work with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to ensure smooth data workflows.

Provide support for the onboarding of new data sources by assisting with testing and initial validation.

Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes or improve data quality.

Contribute to refining validation and monitoring frameworks for more efficient data handling.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Experience in databases, ETL pipelines, or related roles with a focus on large-scale data systems.

Foundational understanding of data processing, analytics, and integration.

Proficient in working with structured and semi-structured data.

Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software is preferred.

Experience with JIRA or GitHub is a plus.

Basic experience with donor management systems or data services is a plus.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data-related issues.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, consistency, and integrity.

Can troubleshoot errors and overcome technical challenges.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
