As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining the social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing the community, and optimizing the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Define the social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Identify priority platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Develop an editorial calendar with clear objectives (branding, engagement, acquisition, loyalty).

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set up a tracking system.

Content creation and distribution

Design, produce and supervise the creation of content (visuals, videos, stories, articles, carousels, reels, etc.).

Adapt the tone and format according to each platform and each audience.

Ensure visual and editorial consistency with the brand charter.

Use innovative trends and formats to maximize organic reach.

Community management and animation

Interact with the community, respond to messages and moderate comments.

Stimulate engagement through participatory campaigns (surveys, contests, lives, etc.).

Identify and engage ambassadors, influencers and strategic partners.

Analysis and optimization

Track performance using Analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).

Produce regular reports with optimization recommendations.

Adjust campaigns and content based on results and trends.

Strategic monitoring

Monitor social media developments, algorithm updates, and creative trends.

Observe competitors’ actions and benchmark best practices.

Propose innovations and initiatives to remain a market leader.

Desired Profile:

Technical skills

Mastery of the main social media networks and their management tools.

Excellent writing skills and storytelling skills.

Skills in visual creation (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

Good understanding of social referencing (SEO/SMO).

Personal skills

Creativity and a sense of innovation.

Rigor, organization and ability to manage several projects in parallel.

Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.

Analytical and results-oriented mind.

Education and experience

Bac+3 to Bac+5 in communication, digital marketing, or equivalent.

2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in a dynamic or innovative environment.

Experience in advertising campaign management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) appreciated.
