We are seeking a Document Management Assistant to support our administrative and operations teams by organizing, maintaining, and processing company documents and records. This position is well-suited for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to enhance document control and workflow processes while working remotely.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining both digital and physical company documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for quick and accurate retrieval.
  • Review documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support version control processes and ensure updated documents are distributed to the correct departments.
  • Enter, update, and maintain information in document management systems and databases.
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents as required.
  • Provide support during audits, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or administrative certification is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general file management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
