Full job description

We are seeking experienced Social Media Moderators to join our remote team. As a valued member of our talent network, you will monitor and moderate social feeds, respond to public inquiries using pre-approved text, and escalate issues to our client’s security team when necessary.

What You Will Do as an Engagement Moderator

  • Monitor and moderate social media feeds.
  • Respond to public inquiries using pre-approved text.
  • Escalate issues to our client’s security team when necessary.
  • Utilize your previous experience in social media moderation, translation, and live engagement.
  • Adhere to evolving rules and workflows.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with relevant information.

 

Additional Notes

  • You will undergo additional profile, background, and ID checks for client security.
  • You will be required to install and use specific security software.
  • A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
