- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Provide support for client services by troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and guiding customers through processes.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic cash transactions or billing inquiries with integrity and attention to detail when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining focus during repetitive tasks.
- Experience with outbound calling or tele-sales is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions.
