Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
• Assist customers with account issues, product questions, and service requests

• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to professional communication
