We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately within various systems, including Free Agent and other accounting or management software.
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising office supplies.
Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and following up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience or prior office experience demonstrating organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Competent typing speed to facilitate efficient document preparation.
Organisational skills that enable multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to develop their administrative expertise within a professional setting.
Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
