Core Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Organize and prioritize executive’s daily agenda.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage travel schedules and itineraries.

 

Communication Management

  • Act as the gatekeeper for emails, calls, and messages.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

 

Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements.
  • Handle filing systems (digital and physical).

 

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Ensure executives are well-prepared with background materials.
  • Follow up on action items

 

Strategic & Operational Support

Project Assistance

  • Support executive-led projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables.

 

Decision Support

  • Filter information and highlight priorities.
  • Provide recommendations where appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
