Job Overview

Join BroadPath’s remote team as a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist! You’ll support healthcare members, patients, and providers via phone, resolving inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive experience.

 

Compensation Highlights

Base Pay: Starting at $14/hour (training), increasing after transitioning to production

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay

Remote Work Schedule

Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time (assigned based on business needs)

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist members/patients via phone to resolve inquiries and provide support.
  • Provide accurate information about health plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Schedule appointments, process referrals, and handle claims questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems (EMR/CRM)
  • Protect member/patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of call center customer service experience
  • 1+ year of healthcare/health insurance experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a designated private workspace

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with appointment scheduling, EMR/CRM systems, and medical/insurance terminology
