Job Description

Promoboxx is a retail marketing platform that allows brands to support local retailers via relevant digital content. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats
  • Become a product expert in the Promoboxx platform
  • Conduct 1:1 platform training
  • Support internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties
  • Own Support inboxes and utilize template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
  • Make outgoing calls to train retailers 1:1 per request
  • Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality
  • Act as a facilitator between Customer Services teams and Product/Engineering teams
