Job Description
Soleo Health is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. As part of the Centralized Patient Access team, you will be responsible for:
- Entering new referrals accurately and timely into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Managing patient files and ensuring timely routing to appropriate teams
- Scanning and processing incoming faxes and emails
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Infusion experience required
