Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Salesperson/Marketer to join our real estate team.
This role is for someone who understands how to sell high-ticket products, communicate value clearly, follow up with prospects, and close serious buyers. You will be responsible for marketing and selling real estate properties to clients, with a monthly sales target of 1 acre of land.
This is not just a “post and wait” kind of role. We need someone who can actively generate leads, build trust with clients, follow up professionally, and convert enquiries into actual sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell real estate properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Meet a monthly sales target of 1 acre of land.
- Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospects.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, inspections, and closed sales.
- Work with the team to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.
- Experience selling high-ticket products is an added advantage.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to generate leads and close deals.
- Must be disciplined, professional, and willing to learn.
- Must understand customer psychology and the importance of follow-up.
- Real estate experience is highly preferred.
Monthly Target
The salesperson/marketer is expected to make sales equivalent to 1 acre of land every month.
Salary
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be reevaluated every month based on performance, sales results, and overall contribution to the company.
