Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Virtual School Enrollment Officers. Your primary responsibility will be to enroll students into JRLT Academy by communicating the value of our programs and guiding prospective students through the onboarding process.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, communication, and digital engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via calls, chats, and online platforms.
- Clearly explain JRLT Academy programs and their income opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and persuasion.
- Guide students through the registration and onboarding process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns and market trends.
- Represent JRLT professionally across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (preferred).
- Confidence in speaking with diverse audiences.
