Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and reporting for internal and client-facing projects.
  • Help manage project documentation, task boards, and reporting tools (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.).
  • Ensure timely updates to project trackers, reports, and team schedules.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to project managers and technical teams.
  • Support data entry, analysis, and process documentation related to ongoing IT projects.
  • Help troubleshoot minor hardware, software, and connectivity issues under supervision.
  • Coordinate online and offline meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and share follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and automation within projects.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development programs within Bincom Dev Center.
