Wedfuly is creating a new wedding tradition through creative and engaging livestream experiences. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll join our Wedding Tech Operations team, focusing on clients’ audio/visual/connectivity needs. Your main task is to plan and execute successful livestream setups based on client wedding specs.
Pre-Wedding and Wedding Day Support
- Communicate with clients to discuss A/V requirements and needs
- Remotely instruct tech setup with onsite point of contact
- Support and help run wedding livestream production
- Ensure seamless virtual experience for guests and couple
A/V Responsibilities
- Follow wedding timeline and execute A/V cues
- Operate wedding multimedia in sync with Zoom
- Play wedding music via Spotify on Zoom calls
- Troubleshoot issues and assist virtual guests
Collaboration
- Work with wedding host to ensure smooth virtual wedding
- Collaborate with Wedfuly coordinator to prepare A/V roadmap
- Field calls with vendors (DJs, musicians, venues)
Expertise
- Serve as A/V expert for live events and recordings
- Ensure high-quality A/V for clients
- Champion solutions for unique or complex setups
Additional Tasks
- Research livestream trends and apply learnings
- R&D and implement improvements to equipment and setup
- Optional: onsite setup and operation for specific weddings
Requirements
Availability: 10-20 hours/week, mostly weekends (Friday-Sunday)
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable Apple laptop
- Fast internet connection (5 Mbps+ upload)
- External monitor
- Strong computer skills, MacOS, and Zoom proficiency
- Event A/V experience (hybrid experience preferred)
- OBS experience preferred
