Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Organize and maintain office files, both electronic and paper, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
• Provide support in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing support and enhance office productivity.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an administrative support or office role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
