Love helping kids learn to read and want flexible evening work from home? Viva Phonics is looking for energetic teachers to lead one-on-one online reading tutoring, Monday through Friday in the afternoons and evenings. You’ll meet with students 3–4 times per week at the same time, using a structured curriculum provided for you. In each 20-minute session, you’ll guide young readers, track their progress, and send weekly updates to families about milestones and areas to focus on. You’ll also need to handle basic tech issues and occasionally adjust schedules with notice. Pay starts at $12 per 20-minute session, with up to 2 sessions per hour — that’s from $24.00 per hour. This part-time contract role needs a licensed teacher with reading experience, 2.5–5 hours per day availability between 4:30 pm and 9:30 pm ET, and a headset, computer, and high-speed internet.
