Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry since 1929, is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join their team. You’ll perform data entry, phone work, and systems research to ensure provider directory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Update provider directory information in company systems
- Contact providers to verify directory information using good phone etiquette
- Analyze data to ensure provider records are accurate and up-to-date
- Process provider information (3 pieces/hour, up to 20 pieces/day)
Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Friendly phone manner and good verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible and reliable in all situations
