Full job description

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry since 1929, is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join their team. You’ll perform data entry, phone work, and systems research to ensure provider directory accuracy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Update provider directory information in company systems
  • Contact providers to verify directory information using good phone etiquette
  • Analyze data to ensure provider records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Process provider information (3 pieces/hour, up to 20 pieces/day)

 

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Friendly phone manner and good verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexible and reliable in all situations
