Position Overview
As a Provider Relations Data Entry Specialist, you will play an integral role in maintaining data accuracy and supporting the provider management team. In this position, you will be responsible for processing roster updates promptly and ensuring the integrity of provider data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
You will report to the Manager of Provider Relations and contribute to ongoing data integrity initiatives and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Input roster updates for assigned markets within 30 days of receipt.
- Maintain the accuracy, organization, and completeness of all current provider files.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing information to ensure ongoing data integrity.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
