Job Summary

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Provide outstanding customer support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through solutions with patience and clarity.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote additional services aligned with client needs.
- Accurately enter and update customer data within our CRM system using strong data entry and computer skills.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with account management tasks such as billing inquiries, service adjustments, or technical support.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals in a fast-paced call center environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer service roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy to handle data entry and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions quickly.
- Experience with cash handling or financial transactions is advantageous but not required.
- Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- High typing speed with accuracy to manage high-volume interactions seamlessly.
