Job Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Remote Coordinator to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Remote Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring excellent customer experiences through effective communication and data management. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support across various channels
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Support sales initiatives by following up with prospects and maintaining client records
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, transactions, and client feedback for analysis purposes
- Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements
- Multitask efficiently while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience
- Previous experience in call center roles or customer support is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills necessary for data entry and correspondence
- Experience with outbound calling or client outreach is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or cash handling experience is a plus
