Modivcare is seeking a Remote Retention and Recovery Specialist to join their team. This full-time role involves interacting with clients and representatives via phone, email, and mail to secure the return of company rental equipment and resolve customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and resolve issues
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints
- Place outbound calls to discuss returning company equipment
- Maintain detailed files and update customer records
- Identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $17.00 an Hour!

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
