Full job description

Modivcare is seeking a Remote Retention and Recovery Specialist to join their team. This full-time role involves interacting with clients and representatives via phone, email, and mail to secure the return of company rental equipment and resolve customer inquiries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and resolve issues
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints
  • Place outbound calls to discuss returning company equipment
  • Maintain detailed files and update customer records
  • Identify root causes and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned

 

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $17.00 an Hour!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
