Symetra is seeking a Platinum Support Specialist to join their Retirement Sales team, working remotely from the USA. This role provides concierge support on high-impact annuity applications, exceptional service, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Process high-impact New Business cases
- Follow up on not-in-good-order business and resolve issues
- Monitor existing cases and ensure smooth processing
- Partner with wholesalers to drive territory sales
- Assist with product inquiries, illustrations, and marketing materials
- Provide calling campaign assistance and launch new products
- Answer Sales Desk inquiries and service issues

- Annuity application processing experience preferred
- Relevant customer service experience and strong communication skills
