Job Summary
Belkins is looking for a results-driven and communicative Sales Development Representative to join their team. As an SDR, you will drive success for clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build an omnichannel outreach approach to engage, follow up, and convert prospects into qualified sales appointments
- Execute outbound cold calling strategies on clients’ behalf
- Work with businesses from various industries to generate new business opportunities and nurture sales pipeline
- Create personalized messages and adapt communication style and pitch based on audience specifics and context
- Analyze weekly and monthly data to report trends and assess campaign efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar client-facing position
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working across UK, European, and US time zones
- Self-motivated, responsible, and a natural problem solver
- Familiarity with sales tools, Google Workspace, and various CRM systems
