About The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tier 1 Caller will manage Leadium’s B2B Outbound Cold Calling (No Consumer Calls) program. Modern B2B appointment setting involves strategic outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, text, gifting, and video. This role focuses on our cold calling team.

 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Learning about target audiences, pain points, and value propositions for client tech products/services
  • Making 400+ outbound phone calls daily using a parallel dialer
  • Guiding qualified prospects to the next sales stage
  • Achieving weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, etc.)
  • Researching businesses and leadership structures
  • Improving sales development skills
  • Participating in daily team huddles
