About UGCers

Role Overview

The Social Media Assistant will help manage and source creators, support campaign logistics, coordinate internal workflows, and assist with admin and communication tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, knowledgeable about social media, and interested in the creator economy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and source new UGC creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Communicate with creators regarding briefs, deliverables, and timelines
  • Support onboarding of new creators and help track campaign participation
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks (scheduling, updating spreadsheets, tracking deliverables)
  • Support Account Managers with project management and workflow organisation
  • Contribute to team meetings with updates, insights, and ideas for improving efficiency
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit etc)
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in social media management

 

This job can be done from anywhere, but it’s best if you’re near Leeds or London.
