  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage online reputation through proactive public relations efforts and crisis management when necessary.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
