Responsibilities (training included)
- Social Strategy & Execution
- Own Softr’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and publish high‑impact content to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and creative approaches
- Creative Storytelling
- Turn GTM launches, product updates, and customer stories into compelling, narrative‑driven campaigns
- Create content that stands out in the no‑code and SaaS ecosystem
- Community Engagement
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and joining relevant industry conversations
- Build authentic connections with users, builders, creators, and partners
- Creator & Influencer Collaboration
- Support branded creator and influencer campaigns in partnership with the Influencer Manager
- Help expand Softr’s presence into new communities
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Community teams to amplify launches, events, and milestones
- Support leadership and team members with thought‑leadership content aligned to brand voice
- Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Use insights and data to continuously improve content strategy
- Trend Awareness
- Stay ahead of social, tech, and design trends
- Translate emerging trends into actionable ideas for Softr’s channels
Requirements
- What You Bring
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to make technical products feel human and engaging
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for witty, scroll‑stopping social copy
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platform‑specific best practices
- Experience writing short‑form content, narrative threads, and visual‑first stories
- Comfort creating light visuals or collaborating with design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Proven experience managing social accounts for a brand, startup, or personal creator presence
- Analytical mindset—able to use performance insights to guide strategy
- Passion for AI, no‑code tools, startups, and product‑led communities
Bonus Points
- Experience running or collaborating on branded creator or influencer campaigns
- Strong personal presence on LinkedIn, X, or similar platforms
- Ability to ideate or storyboard short‑form video (reels, motion, animation, lo‑fi video)
