BeautynBrushes (BNB) is an AI-powered beauty platform designed to help beauty professionals manage and grow their businesses more efficiently. Our platform provides tools such as online booking, scheduling, automated reminders, and client management, helping beauty pros run their businesses on autopilot.
We are currently preparing for a major relaunch of BeautynBrushes 2.0 and re-engaging our community of over 149,000+ followers through creative storytelling and engaging social media content.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us plan, create, and execute content that grows our audience and drives engagement.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and managing BeautynBrushes’ social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This role combines content creation, AI-assisted content production, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to help grow our brand and engage our audience.
The ideal candidate understands how to analyze viral content, identify trends, and create high-performing content strategies at scale using AI tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
- Develop strategies based on viral trends and competitor performance
- Identify opportunities to grow engagement and reach
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use AI tools such as Claude and other AI platforms to help generate content ideas, captions, and post concepts
- Plan and create content at scale using AI-assisted workflows
- Repurpose content efficiently across multiple formats
Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging posts using Canva
- Perform basic video editing for Reels and TikTok content
- Develop carousel posts, graphics, and promotional content
Competitive & Viral Content Analysis
- Research competitors and identify high-performing posts in similar niches
- Use analytical tools to evaluate viral content patterns
- Apply insights to build strategic content plans
Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Organize and manage content libraries
Nice to Have
- Experience in the beauty, creator, or lifestyle industries
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar platforms
