Role Overview:
As our Social Media Stories Specialist, you will create engaging daily Instagram and Facebook stories to promote Rowdy Girl Sanctuary. You will help inform and inspire our social media audiences about our current and upcoming events, fostering a community passionate about animal rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop daily stories to promote the Rowdy Club, newsletters, fundraisers, campaigns, and events at the sanctuary.
- Advocacy: Use your voice to speak out against animal cruelty, injustice, and advocate for animal rights issues.
- Engagement: Showcase our Rowdy Residents and life at the sanctuary, increasing our following and engagement across social media platforms.
- Collaboration: Share posts from other profiles to broaden our reach and support fellow brands, public figures, and organizations.
- Design: Utilize GIPHY via Instagram to create colorful, captivating graphic designs.
- Writing: Craft fun, compelling, and informative captions and calls-to-action to boost engagement.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the RGS social media team to identify and implement best practices and procedures.
