We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This role requires a blend of practical care skills and emotional support, making it vital for candidates to have a genuine passion for helping others.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Support customers with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed to ensure client well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the management team.
- Assist with housekeeping duties and meal preparation to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as required and write daily reports
- Free parking available.
